Our services in detail

salesjob personnel consultancy places sales specialists at a fixed price. All of our services are fully compensated by this:

• a permanent advisor as a contact person for the entire placement period
• personal profile recording on site
• face-to-face interviews with all candidates
• placing job advertisements
• travel expenses for the consultants
• direct telephone contact to suitable candidates
• creation of a qualified target company list
• fortnightly reporting
• searches in internal and external databases
• extensive market research
• all candidate exposés
• one-time free replacement
   

Payment schedule for our headhunting service

All services in the course of a placement are remunerated in three steps at a fixed price. As the recruiting process progresses, one third of the total fee is due respectively:

1. Down payment when placing the order
2. Three candidates proposed by salesjob attended a personal interview with you.
3. We were able to successfully find a new employee for you.

If fewer than three of our candidates had a personal interview with you before the placement was successful, the last two instalments are due with the final invoice.

To make sure there are no surprises

As the basis of our cooperation, we conclude an individual placement agreement with you. In it we regulate all conditions of our cooperation - fairly and reliably. That way, you and we have all the details in writing and no unpleasant surprises await you.
